Cindy and Cory Dunnican founded The Dunnican Team in 1998 and have been serving buyers
and sellers in Northeast Dallas, Rockwall County, and the communities surrounding Lake
Ray Hubbard and Lake Lavon ever since. Their practice is built on a simple standard:
